Registration
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to Paypal. You DO NOT have to be a member of Paypal, you can just proceed to payment without logging on. Sometimes, due to strict security, PayPal payment does not work, if this happens to you, please use the special form attached here.
The Registration fee includes administration costs, transfers by coach from and to Larnaca airport, coffee breaks, all lunches and all dinners including the Gala dinner and the excursion. Once you are at the conference, you do not need to spend any money! If you have submitted an abstract on time, you are guaranteed the Earlybird registration rate for 2 weeks after you receive your notification letter of acceptance if that letter arrives after the Earlybird closing date - You will be emailed this information in your letter.

Registration
Registrations can be made online. After you have registered, please proceed to book your Accommodation.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received up to 31st March, 2009 will be eligible for a full refund, less a €100 Administration Fee. Cancellations received after 31st March will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
