Venue

The conference will be held at the "Cradle Mountain Chateau " which is located in Alpine woodland on the Northern end of Cradle Mountain - Lake St. Clair National Park. It is only a 5 minute drive to the UNESCO World Heritage listed National Park.

Accommodation

Most delegates will be accommodated in the conference venue, the Cradle Mountain Chateau. Accommodation needs to be booked seperately. Please visit the Accommodation page for more information and booking form. Accommodation information here Once rooms at the Chateau fill up, rooms will be made available at the Cradle Mountain Lodge however you will need to take the transfer shuttle bus between the two hotels so we advise you to book early to get a room at the conference venue for convenience.

Social Program

Three dinners and a half day excursion are included in your registration fee; the Welcome Reception, a "Spotlighting Dinner", a Gala Dinner in the "Wilderness Gallery" and a half day excursion to Dove Lake and Devils at Cradle. Accompanying Persons

You may like to bring a partner, family member(s) or friend with you. We welcome accompanying persons, however in order for them to be able to attend the dinners and the excursion an accompanying persons' package must be taken out at the time of registration.
